Vintage Virginia Apples ...from the rich orchard heritage of Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains Razor Russet |
RAZOR RUSSET was discovered by the late W. Armstrong of the University of Kentucky as a limb mutation of Golden Delicious. Fruit is large, round, conical, and uniformly fawn-brown. Flavor is more intense than Golden, yet still sweet. Very productive dessert apple. Ripens late September.
