O'Henry

O'HENRY is an open pollinated seedling of 'Merill Bonanza', introduced in 1970 by Grant Merrill, Red Bluff, CA. The tree has showy blossoms and the fruit has short pubescence. The tree is very susceptible to bacterial spot. Popular fresh market variety. Requires 750 hours of chilling. Hardy to 36 degrees F.  Zones 6-9. 750 chill hours. Harvest Aug 15- Aug 20.
